Thank you for your purchase. Waylora provides digital subscriptions and services. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below. This Return Policy is governed by and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

RETURNS

Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date. As our offerings are digital, no physical items need to be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a refund, please email returns@waylora.com with:
  • Your account email address
  • Your order details (date and receipt/transaction ID, if available)
No physical shipment or mailing address is required. Please allow up to seven (7) days for us to review and process your request. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or in cash. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to determine an appropriate refund method as permitted by law.

Refunds typically appear within 1–2 billing cycles, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund eligibility is the same for discounted purchases; refunds are based on the amount actually paid. Applicable taxes collected with your order are refunded where required by law. Third-party or bank fees are not controlled by Waylora and may be non-refundable.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for refunds once delivered, scheduled, activated, or used:
  • One-time sessions (after scheduling or completion)
  • Scam Guard Monitoring (once the monitoring month has started)
  • Membership fees beyond the initial 7-day guarantee window
  • Add-on credits and skill packs once used or scheduled
Please note: Refunds are not guaranteed if substantial use of subscription benefits has already occurred (including, but not limited to, multiple human support interactions, completed one-time sessions, or extensive use of premium features).
