WAYLORA PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: November 13, 2025
These Partner Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Waylora Partner Program (“Program”) offered by Waylora LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Waylora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By joining the Program, applying to become a partner, or using any partner tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. ENROLLMENT & ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Application & Approval. Partners must submit accurate information during registration. Waylora may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
1.2 Account Ownership. Each partner account is personal to the approved participant. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
1.3 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

2.1 Commission Rate. Partners earn a 15% recurring commission on qualifying subscription purchases made through their referral link or assigned promo code. Commissions are calculated from the full plan price (before discount) for up to six (6) monthly payments per referred customer.
2.2 Customer Discount. Customers who use a partner's promo code receive a 10% recurring discount on their active subscription for as long as they remain subscribed under that partner’s code. The discount and commission attribution are established at the time of the customer’s initial purchase. Once applied, a promo code cannot be changed, reassigned, or transferred to another partner account for that customer’s existing subscription.
2.3 Eligible Products. Commission applies to all monthly subscription plans, including:
  • Lora Lite
  • Waylora Basics
  • Waylora Plus
  • Waylora Premier
One-time sessions, add-ons, or future products may or may not be eligible at Waylora’s discretion.
2.4 Promo Code Attribution. If a customer uses your promo code at checkout, that sale is attributed to you regardless of the referral link used. When a promo code provides the customer a 10% discount, your 15% commission is still calculated from the plan’s full (pre-discount) price.
2.5 Lifetime of Commission. Commissions are generated upon each successful monthly payment within a six-month eligibility window, provided the referred customer’s subscription remains active and the partner remains in good standing.
2.6 Refunds & Chargebacks. If a customer is refunded or disputes a charge, the corresponding commission is reversed.

3. COOKIE TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION

3.1 Cookie Duration. Referral cookies last 30 days from the first click on your referral link.
3.2 Last-Click Attribution. If multiple partners refer the same customer, the most recent valid click receives the commission unless a promo code overrides it.
3.3 Cross-Device Behavior. Tracking depends on cookies and browser windows; Waylora cannot guarantee cross-device or cross-browser tracking.

4. PAYOUTS

4.1 Payout Schedule. Commissions for each month are paid within 10 business days after that month ends, provided the partner has reached the $25 payout threshold and no refunds or disputes are pending.
4.2 Minimum Payout Threshold. Minimum payout is $25 USD. Unpaid balances roll over.
4.3 Payment Method. Payments are issued via Stripe, ACH, or another method Waylora designates.
4.4 Tax Forms. U.S. partners must submit a W-9 once they earn $600 or more in a calendar year. International partners may be required to submit a W-8BEN.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Partners must uphold the integrity of the Waylora brand. Prohibited conduct includes:
  • Paid Search Abuse: No bidding on “Waylora”, “Waylora.com,” or similar terms.
  • Coupon Site Abuse: Do not post Waylora codes on coupon or deal sites.
  • Fake Traffic or Fraud: No self-referrals, bots, fake accounts, or incentivized clicks.
  • Misrepresentation: Do not make false or misleading claims about Waylora.
  • Unauthorized Branding Use: Do not use logos or creative assets without written approval.
  • Reposting Paid Ads: Do not copy or reuse Waylora’s paid advertisements.
Waylora may terminate any partner immediately for prohibited conduct.

  • “I may earn a commission if you sign up using my link.”
  • “Sponsored: I’m a Waylora partner.”
Failure to disclose may result in immediate removal from the Program.

7. MARKETING & CONTENT RULES

7.2 Restricted Channels. SMS marketing, unsolicited emails, paid review farms, or platforms prohibiting partner marketing.

This includes your name, contact information, tax forms, payment details, and referral performance data. Waylora uses this data only for program operation and compliance and will not sell or disclose it except to payment processors, analytics vendors, or service providers under confidentiality agreements.
