Subscriptions are billed monthly with the payment method used during sign-up.
We honor a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. After that, billing continues month-to-month until you cancel. Feel free to reach out to us at returns@waylora.com with any issues.

We don’t offer phone support. All support is handled through written messages inside Waylora, allowing us to provide clear steps, links, screenshots, and recordings when appropriate.
We minimize what we store, encrypt account data, and never request your actual passwords or 2FA codes. Security is built into every step.
Yes – our Scam Check tool can review suspicious messages or screenshots, explain what’s safe or risky, and help teach you how to avoid scams.
Conversations are not stored as permanent chat logs. Limited information may be retained to operate the service or support eligible features.
You can always request a memory reset so Lora forgets past notes and starts fresh.
