Waylora is your everyday tech support service. We help with phones, computers, scams, passwords, photos, and more. We provide support through our AI assistant “Lora”, our growing Digital Confidence Library, and optional human help directly from the Waylora Team.

Anyone who wants stress-free tech guidance. We’re especially designed for beginners, older adults, and people who want to feel more confident online.

Submit your email to our waitlist and stay up to date with our social media to receive all information regarding our upcomign launch.

Although features are currently locked until launch, we will invite a large group of individuals to our upcoming beta testing. Join our waitlist for more information.

Plans & Billing

We have options from Lora Lite (AI-only chat) up to Everyday Tech Ally (AI + human chat support). See our Pricing & Plans page for details.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Add-ons (like extra call credits) can be added or removed any time.

We honor a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. After that, billing continues month-to-month until you cancel.

Yes – upgrades apply immediately, and downgrades begin with you next billing cycle.

Using Lora (the AI)

What Lora can do and how she works.

From setting up accounts to spotting scams, organizing photos, or cleaning up email – Lora guides you step-by-step in plain English.

Lora only uses what you share during a chat. We don’t sell your data, and we never ask for your passwords or 2FA codes.

No. We have a strict no-remote-access policy. If needed, you can share a screenshot (with sensitive info covered).

On eligible plans, yes. Lora keeps a lightweight memory (like your preferences and recent topics). You can request a reset anytime.

Human Help & Availability

Human support is offered in multiple formats through the Digital Basics, Digital Plus, and Everyday Tech Ally plans. Feel free to explore our pricing page to learn more.

You can book a One-Time Session (a 45-minute call plus a personalized Digital Success Plan). 

Yes – on certain plans, you’ll receive step-by-step screen recordings just for your question. They show you what to click, but we always pair them with written steps so you can follow along safely at your own pace. 

Yes – scheduled phone calls are included in One-Time sessions. Day-to-day support is chat-based so we can share links, screenshots, recordings, and easy instructions.

Privacy & Security

How we protect your data and keep you safe.

We minimize what we store, encrypt account data, and never request your actual passwords or 2FA codes. Security is built into every step.

Yes – Lora can review suspicious messages or screenshots, explain what’s safe or risky, and help teach you how to avoid scams.

No – your conversations aren’t stored permanently. Lora only keeps lightweight notes (like your preferences and last topics) to make answers more accurate.

You can always request a memory reset so Lora forgets past notes and starts fresh.

We don’t repair hardware, but we’ll help you diagnose problems and recommend repair options.

Yes – ask us about multi-seat or family discounts. 

Account & Cancellations

Managing your subscription and account details.

Go to Account -> Manage subscriptions -> Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing cycle. Reach out to us at billing@waylora.com for any issues or questions you may have.

Yes – email billing@waylora.com and we’ll set up a pause if eligible. 

Go to Account -> Settings. If you’re locked out, use “Forgot password” or contact support.

Troubleshooting

Stop contact with the scammer, freeze any payments, change affected passwords, enable 2FA, and contact us for recovery steps.

Yes – Lora can guide you through unsubscribing safely, setting up filters, and cleaning out old clutter. You can also refer to our Digital Confidence Library for educational material on several topics. Additionally, feel free to reach out to the Waylora team if included in your plan.
