WAYLORA ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Waylora exists to help people use technology with confidence, safety, and integrity. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains what you can and cannot do while using Waylora products, services, and platforms (including the Lora assistant, Digital Confidence Library, and any related features).
By accessing or using Waylora, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws. If you violate this Policy, Waylora may suspend or terminate your access without notice.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Waylora is meant for learning, communication, and personal support. It is not a platform for abuse, exploitation, or unlawful activity. Use it responsibly and respectfully.
2. FAIR USE AND SERVICE LIMITS
Waylora may apply usage caps, rate limits, storage limits, and session timeouts to protect the Services. You may not bypass or attempt to bypass these limits. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access if your usage negatively impacts performance, security, or other users.
3. ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or a security incident. You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use Waylora to:
- Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity, including scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, or data harvesting.
- Distribute or upload malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or any other harmful code.
- Abuse or exploit Waylora’s AI systems, including attempts to:
- Generate or assist in fraud, scams, or impersonation.
- Create misleading or harmful content (e.g., fake support numbers, forged receipts, or phishing messages).
- Circumvent safety filters or modify system behavior for malicious purposes.
- Interfere with system integrity, such as attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt our servers, APIs, or security measures.
- Violate privacy by sharing, publishing, or requesting others’ personal information without consent.
- Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group, or use the platform for hate speech or discrimination.
- Create, upload, or distribute content involving the sexual exploitation of minors or solicit such material.
- Encourage or facilitate violence, terrorism, or credible threats of harm.
- Seek or provide instructions for self-harm or harm to others.
- Misuse payment systems, including chargeback fraud, stolen cards, or attempts to bypass subscription requirements.
- Automate or scrape Waylora services without written permission.
- Use the platform for political, medical, or legal impersonation of professionals or public entities.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell Waylora content, guides, or materials without authorization.
5. USER CONTENT
If you upload or submit content (text, images, or files), you:
- Must have the legal right to do so.
- Must not submit anything containing viruses or code designed to damage or extract data.
- Grant Waylora permission to store, scan, and moderate your content to maintain security and quality.
Do not upload others’ personal data (including IDs, financial information, or health data) without a lawful basis and consent. We may automatically scan and filter uploads and chat inputs for malware, fraud, or other risks to protect users and the platform.
6. AI USE RESTRICTIONS
Lora is designed for educational and support purposes only. You may not use it to:
- Develop, distribute, or assist in scams or deceptive content.
- Generate disallowed material, including explicit sexual content, hate speech, or self-harm instructions.
- Collect, process, or store personal data of others.
- Circumvent Lora’s moderation or guardrails.
- Create automated bots or tools that mimic Lora’s identity or output without authorization.
Do not represent Lora’s output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or similar) or use it in circumstances where errors could cause injury, property damage, or significant loss. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying AI outputs before acting on them. Violations here are taken seriously and may lead to immediate termination.
7. AUTOMATION AND CREDENTIALS
You may not use unauthorized bots, scripts, or headless browsers to access the Services. You may not share, sell, or embed any access tokens, cookies, or credentials. If we provide an API, your use must comply with documentation and additional terms; otherwise, automated access is prohibited.
8. ENFORCEMENT
Waylora may take any of the following actions, depending on severity:

Waylora reserves the right to preserve evidence, block IPs, and refuse service to repeat offenders. If your access is restricted, you may appeal by emailing support@waylora.com within 14 days. We may retain logs and evidence of violations for up to 365 days (or longer if required by law) to investigate and improve platform safety.
9. REPORTING ABUSE
To report violations of this Policy, email support@waylora.com with a clear description and supporting evidence. Reports are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
10. NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@waylora.com with your contact details, the work claimed to be infringed, the specific URL(s), and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We process valid notices and may remove repeat infringers.
11. SECURITY DISCLOSURE
To report a security vulnerability, contact security@waylora.com. Do not publicly disclose before we confirm a fix. Unauthorized access, data exfiltration, or service disruption is not permitted.
12. CHANGES
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Waylora means you accept the revised version.
13. EXPORT CONTROLS
You may not use the Services if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a U.S. or applicable sanctions or denied-party list. You agree to comply with all export control and sanctions laws.
14. LEGAL
This Policy is part of the Waylora Terms of Service. It’s governed by applicable U.S. law and the jurisdiction listed in those Terms. Nothing in this Policy limits Waylora’s rights or remedies under other agreements or laws.
